After working a year at the Gresham Cold Stone, I realized that our shop's social media presence did not capture the lively in-person experience our customers enjoyed. That's when I asked to step in and manage the Instagram account for the remainder of the season. Since then, we've witnessed a 18% surge in engagement and an increase of followers over just three months. After summer I had to shift my focus to school commitments, but I treasure the experience of crafting compelling content that mirrors the essence of Gresham Cold Stone.
